Outstanding Work

The photo is our Treasurer John Dolezal, VC Billy Theis, Chair Peter Olson and Secretary Rick Bylicki. We gave Billy a plaque for his outstanding work with the EMS Cost Recovery Act this past year. After 16 years, we were able to get this Bill through the Senate and get it in the Governor's Executive Budget (the back door approach).
